"MEET AND GREET" CONSULTATION: A meeting is necessary to determine your needs and the needs of your pet before I commit to an assignment. There is no charge for this meeting. Just call to arrange. 916-478-PETS

KEY CONTROL: It can be unnerving to hand over your keys to someone outside of your own family. As a former police officer, I know how important security is for the homeowner. I use an identification system with a random code, so names and addresses are not linked to the key or the client's files. Key information and keys are maintained in separate locked and secure locations. Your key will be personally returned (not left in the house during a last visit, since there may be an unforeseen delay in your return), unless you choose to keep your key locked and on file with us for future pet sittings.

PET RESPONSIBILITY: Since I am bonded and insured and totally committed to caring for your pet and your home, I cannot accept an assignment where there is a shared responsibility. I must accept only the total care of your pet while you are away.

VACCINATIONS: All pets must have current rabies vaccinations.

PAYMENTS: Can be made by cash, cashier's check, money order or personal check. A deposit of 50% is required prior to start of service, the balance upon completion. (all taxes included in price). A handling fee of $20 will be charged for all returned checks.

OFFICE HOURS: Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Although I may not always be available to answer your call, I will return it as promptly as possible. Please try to reserve your sitting dates as far ahead as possible, particularly during the summer and at holiday times. 916-478-7387
